Our Returns Promise

We accept returns of most unused items in their original packaging within 15 days of delivery. Your satisfaction is as important to us as the quality of our hiking gear.

Important Exceptions

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Hygiene & Safety products (opened or used items)
  • Hydration systems that have been used

All returned items must be in original condition with tags attached – just like you’d expect from premium outdoor equipment.

Simple 3-Step Return Process

  1. Submit Your Request
    Email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return using our template below.
  2. Receive Authorization
    We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions and an RMA number.
  3. Ship Your Return
    Package the item securely and include the RMA number. Ship to:

Refund Timeline & Methods

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days
  • Refund Method: Original payment method
  • Credit Card/PayPal: 5-10 business days to appear on your statement

Note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchange Requests

Prefer a different size or color of our hiking clothing or gear? Follow the same return process and include:

  • Your preferred replacement item
  • Any size/color specifications

We’ll process the exchange once we receive your original item. Additional shipping charges may apply.

For customers outside Australia:

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs charges
