Shipping Information

Order Processing

We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Options

Standard Shipping (A$12.95)
– Carrier: DHL or FedEx
– Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after dispatch

Free Shipping (Orders over A$50)
– Carrier: EMS
– Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after dispatch

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination and customs processing. We currently ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote regions.

Our Hassle-Free Returns Policy

We stand behind our lightweight outdoor gear and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, our straightforward returns process has you covered.

Returns Timeline

You may return most unused items in their original packaging within 15 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Hygiene & Safety products (if opened or used)
  • Hydration systems that have been used

3-Step Return Process

1. Submit Your Request
Email us at [email protected] with:

  • Your order number
  • Reason for return
  • Preferred resolution (refund or exchange)

2. Receive Authorization
We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions and your RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.

3. Ship Your Return
Package the item securely with all original tags and packaging, include the RMA number, and send to:

Refund Information

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days
  • Refund Method: Original payment method
  • Credit Card/PayPal: 5-10 business days to appear on your statement

Note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color of our hiking clothing or gear? Follow the same return process and include:

  • Your preferred replacement item
  • Any size/color specifications

We’ll process the exchange once we receive your original item. Additional shipping charges may apply.

International Returns

For customers outside Australia:

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs charges
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service
