5. Returns and Refunds

5.1 Returns Policy

You may return most unused items in original packaging within 15 days of delivery. Non-returnable items include:

• Opened or used Hygiene & Safety products
• Used hydration systems

5.2 Return Process

2. We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions and RMA number

5.3 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

• Processing time: 3-5 business days
• Refund method: Original payment method

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

• Are responsible for return shipping costs
• Must mark packages as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs charges
